The Trek Mates food flask is 500ml and comes with a foldaway spoon. It has a brushed metal finish, is certified food grade and is BPA free. With a screw cap, wide opening and double walled thermal insulation its ideal for soups, and other hot food on the go. Perfect for work, backpacking, picnics, days out etc. Weight 383g. Measures 80 x 163mm. As with any flask pre heating is essential. To pre-heat boil kettle and fill food flask, place the lid on and seal. Leave for 5 minutes then empty and place your hot food in. Then replace the lid and you are set for the day. The spoon can be found within the top section of the lid, where there is also room for sauce sachets, should you need them.
